Myluck88 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or using any services provided by the myluck88 platform (accessible at myluck88.app), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document. These terms form a binding agreement between you as the user and myluck88 as the service provider.

This platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the myluck88 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, phone number, and payment details. Providing false or incomplete information may result in your account being suspended and withdrawals placed on hold until the identity verification process is completed.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. myluck88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to failure to protect your login credentials. We recommend you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family or friends.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Contact customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

Myluck88 platform users agree not to engage in any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or any form of platform manipulation. Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, use automated software (bots), or employ any unauthorised means to gain an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited.

Users also agree not to:

• Misusing customer service channels or engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward platform staff.
• Sharing or reselling account access to third parties.
• Using the platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from myluck88.
• Uploading or distributing harmful, obscene, or rights-infringing content through any of the platform's communication channels.

Violation of any of the above rules entitles myluck88 to take immediate action, including suspension or closure of the account, freezing of funds suspected to be involved in fraudulent activity, and reporting to the relevant authorities.

4. Payment Information & Transactions

All transactions on the myluck88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts approved payment methods including internet banking (FPX), supported e-wallets, and other methods listed in your account's deposit section.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set and displayed within your account interface. These limits are subject to change without prior notice. Before making any deposit, please check the current limits applicable to your account.

Withdrawals require a one-time identity verification before your first request is processed. Required documents include a copy of a valid government-issued identification. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take anywhere from a few hours to three business days. myluck88 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.

Deposits that have been credited to your gaming account cannot be reversed. Any transaction disputes must be reported to customer support within seven (7) days of the transaction date.

5. Liability Limits & Account Policy

• Account inactivity for more than twelve (12) consecutive months.

In the event of account closure due to confirmed fraud, any remaining balance may be forfeited as part of the recovery process. If closure occurs for reasons other than fraud, eligible funds will be returned to the user in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

All content on the myluck88 platform, including logos, interfaces, text, graphics, software, and design, is the exclusive property of myluck88 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any content from the platform without explicit written consent from myluck88.

This platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services, including payment processors, game providers, and communication channels. myluck88 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties. Use of any third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
